It was really hard for us who loves Ramen to find a place in Dubai that will be close to the taste that we're used to back in the Philippines.

The numerous number of Ramen houses that opened in the Philippines somewhat gave us a standard taste of what we look for a Ramen dish, especially its broth.

I haven't been to Japan so the only taste I know of with regards to Ramen are the best seller Ramen dishes in the Philippines. On the other hand, Ms. FeebleFeet have tasted authentic dishes before which is the basis for the taste she was looking for

With that in mind, we try to look for the same places that offer the same cuisine with almost the same satisfying taste. Up to this date, we have found some Ramen shops in Dubai (very few in number) but the food places have a different way of making this dish and are not what we're expecting.

Luckily for us, we have found a Ramen restaurant that offers the same tasty broth with what we're used to eating.

This Ramen place is called Daikan Ramen Restaurant. Check out the Ramen dish that we ordered from this restaurant.

Shoyu Ramen

This Ramen dish is made from Soy broth and filled with Chicken Chashu, Ajitima egg, and Scallion. The tasty thick broth is perfect and is somewhat near to the taste that we were used to.

The other reason why this Ramen is so good is that their noodles are Egg noodles. Thick, firm, and taste are delicious.

Chef's Special

According to Daikan Ramen, this is their bestseller dish. We couldn't agree more as this mildly spicy miso broth is the closest that we have tasted to the Ramen that we're used to.

It is really good and definitely recommended to everyone who wants to eat Ramen that is close to what an authentic Ramen is.

It is made with a spicy miso base, Chicken Chashu, minced chicken, veal bacon, Ajitima egg, kimchi, scallion, and shallots.

Here are some of the other dish that we have tasted and ordered in the restaurant.

Bao

It is somewhat similar to a Siopao with pulled chicken in it and with cucumber pickles, hoisin sauce, and kewpie mayo.

For the drinks, we tasted their -

Hibiskus Mint Iced Tea and Matcha Lemonade

Both drinks taste real good. It passed our taste buds and is also recommended for you guys to try it on.

It is both sweet mixed with a familiar flavor and blends well together. We were told that their drinks are homemade so it is their own.

If you're looking for a great and tasty Ramen dish, we recommend that you visit Daikan Ramen. Their Ramen dishes are worthy to be called one of the best Ramen in Dubai.

The Ramen was so good that we finished it in an instant and nothing was left after. The taste is of the broth is balanced which makes it easy for customers to finish it without getting tired of the same strong flavor that other Ramen broths have.

You can visit Daikan Ramen at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Lake Shore Tower 1, Cluster Y. They have delivery also but up to Barsha also.

You can go there by alighting at Damac Properties, Red Line. Go to the landside area of JLT and just walk straight to cluster Y of JLT.

You will not regret visiting their place for their Ramen dishes. Just be sure to go there during off-peak hours or ahead of time as the place tends to be crowded.

It is also popular with people in JLT.

We rate the Ramen Dish: 10/10
