Little Bangkok Pad Thai Trip

For our first post on our Food blog, we present to you the Little Bangkok in Dubai!

Little Bangkok boasts a variety of dishes which originated from Thailand. They have curries and vegetable spring rolls, the ever famous pad thai, a number of thirst-quenching drinks and dessert goodness!

We visited the Little Bangkok located near Emirates Metro Station in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The place is famous for its numerous number of restaurants with different themes.

Little Bangkok can be found on the Dubai Mall side of Emirates Towers Metro Station. We came to the place and tested some of their dishes.

Thainamite Seafood 

This mouthwatering appetizer will definitely jumpstart your palette for the main dish of the restaurant. It tastes really good with a mild touch of spiciness in it, We finished it in less than a minute.

Good thing, we didn't wait that long for the food to come.

Kata Ron Duck

The Kata Ron Duck is a quarter duck roasted and served with chestnuts, vegetables and complimented with an aromatic sauce and served on a sizzling plate.

The noticeable part of this duck dish is the sweet potatoes added in the dish. It helped in preventing us to get tired of the strong flavor of the sauce and the duck.

Our most awaited dish was the next one to be served.

Pad Thai

Ooooooh yummy! This rice noodle dish did not break our expectation and the flavor that we were looking for was presented on this dish. The tamarind sauce blended nicely with the roasted peanuts to create a different kind of flavor. We ordered the chicken pad thai to get a variety on our meal.

We ordered tasty drinks as well.

Last on our meal was the dessert. We ordered our ever favorite Thai Dessert.

Mango Sticky Rice

The dessert was very tasty as the amount of milk is not that overflowing and is just the right balance with the sticky rice and the mango.

All in all, we enjoyed our visit to this food place and we'll definitely be back for more Thai dishes. Next time, we'll try their curry and different beef dishes.
